CCC Plaque

Steven Roger’s private purchased Command and Control Central (CCC), Recon Company plaque he purchased while on R&R (Rest and Recuperation) in Taiwan. The veteran had a presentation plate made that reads: COMMAND AND CONTROL CENTRAL, TASK FORCE 2 ADVISORY ELEMENT, RECON TEAM NEVADA.

In 1971, Steven R. Rogers served with Military Assistance Command Vietnam Studies and Observations Group (MAC V SOG), Command and Control Central (CCC) / Task Force 2 Advisory Element (TF2AE), assigned to the C – Company Hatchet Force before he transferred to Recon Company and joined Recon Team Nevada.

Sergeant (E-5) Rogers processed out of the Army in January 1972 after 2 years 6 months in service with eleven months in Vietnam.
