Cross Border Uniform Top

Howard Sugar’s cross border uniform top. The veteran had the dyed black and pockets added to the upper sleeves.

In 1971, Howard B. Sugar served with Military Assistance Command Vietnam Studies and Observations Group (MAC V SOG), Command and Control Central (CCC) / Task Force 2 Advisory Element (TF2AE), Recon Company, assigned to Recon Team Washington and participated in the fifth High Altitude Low Opening (HALO) Combat Jump on October 11, 1971.

Sergeant (E-5) Sugar processed out of the Army in February 1972 after three years’ service with fifteen months in Vietnam.
