Badged Uniform Top

Robert Bradow’s US issued 3rd model uniform top that is badged on the right sleeve with a Special Forces Shoulder Sleeve Insignia (SSI), the right chest pocket has a Taiwanese machine embroidered second generation, Recon Team Connecticut pocket patch that is surmounted by the veteran’s name tape and Vietnamese Airborne Wings. The left chest pocket has a machine woven Special Commando Unit (SCU) patch that us surmounted by a US ARMY tape and US Basic Airborne Wings.

In 1971, Robert A. Bradow served with Military Assistance Command Vietnam Studies and Observations Group (MAC V SOG), Command and Control North (CCN) / Task Force 1 Advisory Element (TF1AE), Recon Company assigned to Recon Team Connecticut.

Sergeant (E-5) Bradow processed out of the Army in 1972 after three years’ service with twelve months in Vietnam.
