Cross Border NVA Set

Paul Schuerenberg’s Counter Insurgency Support Office (CISO) copy of the North Vietnamese Army, summer green uniform that was manufactured specifically for cross border operations.

In 1971, Paul M. Schuerenberg Jr. served in Vietnam with Military Assistance Command Vietnam Studies and Observations Group (MAC V SOG), Command and Control Central (CCC) that was redesignated to Task Force 2 Advisory Element (TF2AE) assigned to the Hatchet Forces. The veteran later transferred to Recon Company and served on Recon Team Ohio and Arkansas.

Staff Sergeant (E-) Schuerenberg processed out of the Army in January 1977 after 7 years’ service with 12 months in Vietnam.
